We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used personal care products
- Digital downloads

🔁 Exchanges

Want a different item? We're happy to exchange your product within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can reserve the item for you.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 How to Return

1. Email us at support@wapstore.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us.
4. Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange.
